Valle dell’Acate is a place to be experienced and discovered by booking our tastings in the winery online, choosing a food and wine tour at the House of Pairings or taking part in a walk in the vineyard with a final tasting.

Our wine tastings

The tastings at the winery include a tour of the XIX century Palmento, and are dedicated to the Classics organic wines, real expression of the Hyblaean history and character.

The Classics native red wines: BDN Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico, Il FRAPPATO di Vittoria DOC, Il MORO Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC, ZAGRA Grillo Sicilia DOC, THYMBRA Vermentino IGT Terre Siciliane. BELLIFOLLI Wines: Insolia, Bianco, Nero D’Avola, Rosso and Frappato di Rosato, characterized by a surprising brilliance and aroma.

The tastings are accompanied by typical km0 products and can be booked within 48 hours. General condition: it is possible to integrate all the tastings by purchasing other wines by the glass or by the bottle at the list price.
