Valle dell’Acate is a place to be experienced and discovered by booking our tastings in the winery online, choosing a food and wine tour at the House of Pairings or taking part in a walk in the vineyard with a final tasting.
Our wine tastings
The tastings at the winery include a tour of the XIX century Palmento, and are dedicated to the Classics organic wines, real expression of the Hyblaean history and character.
The Classics native red wines: BDN Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG Classico, Il FRAPPATO di Vittoria DOC, Il MORO Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC, ZAGRA Grillo Sicilia DOC, THYMBRA Vermentino IGT Terre Siciliane. BELLIFOLLI Wines: Insolia, Bianco, Nero D’Avola, Rosso and Frappato di Rosato, characterized by a surprising brilliance and aroma.
The tastings are accompanied by typical km0 products and can be booked within 48 hours. General condition: it is possible to integrate all the tastings by purchasing other wines by the glass or by the bottle at the list price. Tastings can be booked within 48 hours in advance at the following link.

A journey into Frappato, the signature grape of Valle dell’Acate, explored through 3 distinctive expressions that showcase its remarkable versatility: Fil d’Oro, our ancestral method sparkling wine, Frappato Classico, and Frappato Vigna Biddine Sottana – Vino di Contrada. The tasting is accompanied by a selection of traditional Sicilian specialities, including olives, scacce Ragusane (traditional stuffed flatbread), arancini, and homemade country bread, carefully paired to enhance the unique character of each wine.
It is possible to supplement the tasting by purchasing other wines by the glass or bottle at list price.

Barocco Siciliano

A journey celebrating the harmony between the wines of VALLE DELL’ACATE and the culinary traditions of the region. 4 wines are paired with a lunch inspired by the flavours of the Ragusa area, in a tasting experience designed to highlight the authentic tastes of Sicily. The menu features a selection of local specialities, a traditional pasta course, a main course served with seasonal vegetables prepared in the Sicilian tradition, followed by seasonal fruit and dessert.
