You’ll be welcomed at the estate’s baglio, where we’ll tell you the story of the Jacono family before accompanying you to discover the ancient barrel cellar, the “Dispensa,” and the late 19th-century “Palmento.” This will be followed by a light trek of approximately 3 km through the vineyards, immersed in the Hyblaean countryside. Upon return to the winery, a guided tasting of two Valle dell’Acate wines awaits you, accompanied by homemade bread, olives, and ciappe di pomodoro (dried tomatoes).
