Ideal when paired with Valle dell’Acate’s Il Frappato served at a cool temperature.
Ingrediens for 4 persons
4 cuttlefish, cleaned and without their skin
1 fresh hot pepper
extra-virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper
Clean the cuttlefish and remove their tentacles. Open them up and flatten the carcass and tentacles. Marinate for two hours with the other ingredients. Put a cast iron or steel pan on the flame and bring it to a high temperature. Add the cuttlefish and cook for five minutes. Add the salt and pepper and serve hot.
